Return Policy 

2 And A Half Boutique does NOT offer refunds, however, we will gladly offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Items must be unwashed, unworn, original state and returned within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Please return to the following address.

To expedite the return policy please notify us if you are sending a package back. Send an email to support@2andahalfboutique.com along with the tracking number for your return.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

Please be advised:

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

Be advised that Orders not delivered or classified returned to sender:

Will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
